Oakdale, California - A small town with big flavor. Known as the Cowboy Capital of the World, you know there's gotta be some delicious grub to keep everyone fed. And don't forget the plentiful watering holes to wash it all down. We've tried to include a little bit of everything, if not everything. From fast food staples to hidden gems, Oakdale has something for everyone. Whether you're a local or just passing through, you'll be pleased by the variety of restaurants and specialty foods our town has to offer.

A Hip Local Food Scene

Pizza? Got it. Tacos? Don't even go there. Italian food? Umm, yes. Breweries? Duh. Food Trucks? You bet. And the list goes on.

If you're looking for some great food and good times, you'll want to check out some of our local favorites. With too many to list, we might suggest grabbing a Charbroiled Chicken or Leo Camarillo Sandwich from Ferrarese's Deli Restaurant. Or Coconut Shrimp and a Caliente from Cafe Bravo. If you've got a sweet tooth, you can't go wrong with anything from Moss Rose Bakery or grab a delicious pie from Bloomingcamp Ranch.

Don't forget about the drinks! Many of our local restaurants serve beer and wine or have full bar service including specialty cocktails and other mixed drinks. With a fresh and growing craft beer culture, you'll find happy vibes and good beer flowing at all three of our local breweries. Along with beer samplers and growlers to go, you can grab a delicious bite from one of the many traveling food vendors found daily at each brewery. Say what? Food trucks and beer? Yes, they did.
